Access Your Online Account

Visit our online catalog to access your online account and view checked out materials and due dates, pay fines, search the library catalog, and request items. You can also access your account information from our automated line at (616) 453-2575.

You will need your library card to access your account. Your barcode will be the number on the card (no spaces required). Your PIN will be the last four digits of your phone number, unless otherwise requested. Call us at 231-366-6107 if you need help accessing your account.

Account Notifications

Patrons may receive library account notifications via phone, email, or text:

• Phone calls are sent by our automated service when held items arrive or items are overdue. Let us know if you would prefer personal calls instead. Patrons who sign up for email notifications will not receive phone calls.
• Email notifications are sent out when items are coming due, are overdue, or have arrived. Visit your online account to learn more.
• Text alerts are sent when items are coming due, are overdue, or have arrived. You may also opt in to other text notices, such as fines alerts. Visit your online account to learn more.
